Set up your Member Portal for the first time

What is the Member Portal?

The Portal gives you access to your own personal member record. It works on desktops, tablets and smartphones. It's simple to use, and it's secure.

It is the easiest way to change your contact details, renew and pay your membership fees, and enrol in classes. You can also see the current U3A program in full. The left-hand menu shows all the things you can do, and you can always return to the main menu using the Home button at the top left.

If you are a tutor, you will be able to manage your classes through the portal, including sending emails to your class members.

How do I access it?

Click on the link below to set up the portal for the first time, or to access it later.

We also recommend that you save to your web browser bookmarks.
Follow the prompts and instructions carefully.
Note the PIN number you create – it's your Portal password.
When you have finished, select 'Log out' on the menu, and just close the next screen – don't re-enter your pin!
